3. QUOTATIONS
Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise, and assume the drawings and specifications provided at quotation time. Lead times are quoted in working days from drawing confirmation and deposit.
4. ORDERS AND PRICING
Prices are EXW Ningbo unless quoted otherwise (FOB / CIF / DDP on request). Volume tiers shown on product pages apply to single-shipment quantities. Payment terms: T/T 30% deposit by default; L/C for volume orders.
5. PRODUCT INFORMATION
Dimensions and material data on this site reflect our current stock or standard offering. Where a drawing governs a custom part, the approved drawing prevails.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the affected goods. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
7. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China; disputes are settled by negotiation first, then by Ningbo arbitration.
