ForteForge Components (www.forteforgeparts.com) is a components trading and sourcing desk based in Ningbo, China, supplying bearings, gears, fasteners and custom machined parts to business buyers worldwide.

2. WHAT WE COLLECT

When you submit an RFQ or inquiry form we collect the details you provide: name, company, email, and any message or drawing files attached. We keep server logs (IP, timestamp) for security and anti-abuse purposes.

3. HOW WE USE IT

Your information is used only to answer your inquiry, prepare quotations, and fulfill orders. We do not sell or rent contact data, and we do not run third-party advertising audiences on it.

4. DRAWING FILES

CAD files (PDF, DWG, STEP) sent for quotation are stored for the duration of the project plus 24 months, then deleted. Under NDA on request.

5. COOKIES

The site uses a cookie consent banner. Essential cookies keep the session working; analytics cookies load only after consent and can be withdrawn at any time.

6. DATA RETENTION

RFQ correspondence is kept up to 36 months for warranty and reorder reference. You may request deletion at any time.
