ForteForge started in 2014 as a two-person sourcing desk for European maintenance teams that needed small metal parts without container-scale MOQs. Today we hold stock lines of bearings, fasteners and shop tools in Ningbo and coordinate six audited partner workshops for gears, broaching and CNC work.
The desk stays small on purpose. The same engineer who quotes your drawing follows it through the workshop, checks the first article, and signs the inspection report that ships in the box. No sales layers, no re-quoted re-quotes.
What we are strict about: material certificates on fasteners, ISO 2768-m dimensional checks on every batch, and honest lead times. What we are relaxed about: MOQ - one prototype piece is a real order here.
